When the person leaves, the relationship starts from zero. We don't think it should work that way.
Since 2011, Patisco has been working at the front lines of B2B export operations — watching companies burn the same energy on quoting, documents, and client relationships over and over. So we built a system out of their methods: every buyer gets a dedicated quote, the full chain from quote to shipping doc stays connected, and every transaction accumulates into company capital.
We don't build tools that replace people. Your senior sales rep's judgment is the most valuable thing in the company. What we do is turn that judgment into lasting institutional knowledge — so training new people is faster, and the company doesn't reset every time someone leaves.
