Data and security

Your exchanges are company assets, not our training material.

The questions we hear most before exchanges come in: Can the company read my mail? Will the customer know? Could AI send something on its own?

A person always presses send

AI only proposes and drafts. Saving documents, emailing, posting to LINE and sending documents always take a person’s click.

Only business exchanges

Only exchanges with customer and supplier contacts come in. Unknown senders keep only the sender and subject and disappear after 14 days.

Official sign-in, no passwords stored

Mailboxes connect through Google and Microsoft’s official sign-in. Patisco never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.

The other side knows

When the LINE official account joins a group it posts a notice that the conversation is kept by the company.

Not used for training

Not used to train AI models, not shared across customers, exportable at any time. AI runs on your company’s own key and only within your permissions.

Architecture reviewed

Passed the AWS Foundational Technical Review (October 2026, valid until October 2028).

FAQ

Once I connect my mailbox, can colleagues read my mail?

Mail not yet placed in a thread is visible only to you; once placed, it is visible to the people in that thread.

Do replies sent from Patisco show up in my mailbox?

Yes. They appear in your Sent folder, in the same conversation.

Will AI send email or change documents on its own?

No. AI cannot send, and every change needs your confirmation.
