The three modes determine how far visitors can proceed:
• Display Only: Visitors can only view products. There is no shopping cart, and "Add to Cart" is disabled for all items. • Inquiry Only: Prices are hidden. Visitors can add items to cart and submit an inquiry. Cart and checkout do not display amounts. • Order Enabled: Prices are visible. The cart shows subtotals and totals. After checkout, a PI is created directly.
The setting is located in Product Management → Catalog layout → select a public page → line item → Online Sales Mode. If the seller explicitly selects a mode, that mode is used. If no mode is selected (or "Revert to Trading Condition Setting" is clicked), the system automatically determines the mode based on whether product prices are visible and whether the catalog allows inquiries.
