1. In the left sidebar, click Buyer Management, then click Add Buyer. Fill in the company name and Email (required) and save. 2. Click the company name to open the details page and click Send Invitation. 3. Select the Invitation Email Language (nine options available, English is default), choose one Trading Condition Setting, and choose one Catalog. Both selections are required and determine the price and products the other party will see after accepting. 4. Edit the invitation subject and content as needed, then click Send. Alternatively, select "Generate link only, I will send it myself" and click Create Invitation and Get Link, then share via LINE or Email. Once the other party accepts, the status changes to "Accepted" and you are connected. The other party does not need an existing Patisco account—they can create one and join by opening the link. Please set up at least one Trading Condition Setting and one Catalog before inviting. Invitation links are valid for 14 days, with a maximum of 50 invitations per company per day.
