How do I know which messages I haven't read yet?

1. The [Discussion] icon in the top-right system tray shows the number of unread messages in the badge. Click it to see the 10 most recent discussion threads (not just unread ones). Click a thread to go to it, or click [View All Discussions]. 2. When you open a discussion thread, unread messages will have a separator line saying "N unread messages below". Click [Back to Latest] to jump to the end. 3. To receive notifications even when you're not in Patisco, go to [Preferences] > Notifications, turn on [Push Notifications], and check [Discussion] in the types. The [Discussion Management] list currently doesn't have an "Unread" filter. Real-time notifications for new messages occasionally fail to arrive; the badge may not increase. If someone says they sent a message but you don't see the number, go directly to [Discussion Management] and open that thread to confirm. Reminders related to documents are in the [System Notifications] and [Form Notifications] icons.
