【Add Topic】
1. On the Discussions page, click the "+ New" button to the right of the search box.
2. Fill in the topic information and save to create a new discussion topic.

【Delete Topic】
1. In the discussion topic list, find the topic you want to delete.
2. Click the red trash can icon on the right side of that row.
3. After confirming, the topic will be deleted.
