How do I search, filter quotations in the V5 quotation list, or export data as Excel?

1. Search for a specific quotation: Click the "Quotation number" dropdown in the search bar to select the condition field you want to search, then enter the keyword in the "Search by keyword" field on the right and press Enter. 2. Advanced filtering: Click the "Filters" button on the right side of the search bar to expand more filter conditions. 3. Customize list columns: Click "Columns 6/10" in the top right of the list to select which columns to display (10 total columns, currently showing 6). 4. Rows per page: Click "Preferences" in the bottom right corner of the list to adjust the setting. 5. Export data: Click the "Download Excel" button in the top right corner of the page to download an Excel file of the current list.
