The AI assistant will automatically analyze the file content and display the field mapping results, for example: Company Name → Name, Email → Email, Tax ID → Tax ID, Phone → Phone, and the estimated number of new records to be created (such as "12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped"). 4. After confirming the field mapping and record count are correct, type "Add" to confirm and execute the import. 5. After import is complete, the original CSV file will automatically be stored in the "AI Uploaded Files" folder in Shared Documents.
You can ask like this: "Help me import this seller CSV" The AI might respond: "Total 12 records: 12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped. Field mapping: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone. Please type 'Add' to confirm this operation."
