Yes, you can use browser push notifications. Go to "Organization & Settings → Personal Profile → Notifications," or click "Preferences → Notifications" in the top right:
1. Turn on "Push notifications." When the browser asks, select "Allow." 2. Click "Send a test," and when you receive the "Patisco test notification," it means it's working. 3. Under "Notification types," check which you want to receive: discussions, system notifications, form notifications, and public page new orders. 4. Under "Reminder interval for pending items," choose no reminder, 15 min, 30 min, 1, 2, or 4 hours. When there are pending items, a summary reminder will be sent at this interval.
Push notifications are set up per device. If another computer has push enabled and this one doesn't, the screen will notify you. If clicking the toggle doesn't show a permission prompt, it's likely blocked before. Click the lock icon on the left of the address bar, change it to "Allow," and try again. Logging out will disable push notifications on that device.
