A message appears saying "New version available" or "Please reload the page." How do I handle this? Customer service asked for my version number—where can I find it?

After Patisco is updated, the system checks the version when you enter the site or switch back to a window. When a new version is available, a "New version available" notification will appear in "System Notifications"; click "Reload" to proceed. If you've had a tab open for a long time and the site was updated in the meantime, you may see "Please reload the page: The site was updated while this tab was open and needs to reload to continue." Click "Reload" in the same way. Please save your edits before reloading. The version number is in the "My Account" menu in the top right, with "Frontend Version" and "Backend Version" on separate lines. Please provide both when reporting an issue, along with the operating steps and a screenshot.
