These are two different things, and changing one does not affect the other: • Login Email (login account): Individual to each user. Used for login, password reset emails, and system notifications. Change it in "Personal Settings". You need to enter your current password and confirm via a link sent to the new mailbox. • Company Contact Email: A company-level external email address that appears on invitation emails, outgoing documents, and customer contact information. Administrators change it in "Company Basic Settings". When changing it, the screen will remind you that "this only changes the company's contact email and does not affect any user's login account or password". A confirmation email will be sent to the new mailbox and takes effect only after clicking the link. Simple way to remember: Login Email is where you decide to receive messages; Company Contact Email is where the company wants customers to write to.
