Genuine Patisco invitation emails have several fixed features you can verify: 1. At the top of the email is a business card section displaying the inviter's company logo, the sender's profile photo and name. It should be from a business contact you recognize. If you don't know the company, verify by phone first. 2. The content written by the inviter is labeled "Written by ○○" at the beginning. The message contains no clickable URLs. The only entry point is the "Accept invitation" button. If there are additional links or requests for passwords or credit card information, it's not from us. 3. The button link ends with patisco.com (for example, v5.patisco.com). The acceptance page only asks you to set a password or sign up with a Google/Microsoft account. It will never ask for bank transfers or software installations. 4. The bottom of the email contains Patisco's information and a reporting email address. If you suspect the email is fraudulent, forward the entire email to info@xinosys.com. We'll verify it and disable any abusive accounts.
