The Price Tier options come from Organization & Settings → Company Profile → Price Classification Setting: however many price classifications you create there (for example, distributor price, wholesale price, suggested retail price), that many options will appear in Trading Condition Setting.
How to set it up: 1. Go to Business Partners → Trading Condition Setting, and open the Trading Condition group you want to adjust. 2. In the Price Tier card, there is a toggle switch next to each tier. Turn it on = this Trading Condition group applies to that tier; turn it off = buyers using this Trading Condition cannot see prices for that tier. 3. The switch saves automatically when you toggle it; no need to click Save separately.
Newly created Trading Conditions have all tiers turned on by default. When the Price Tier card shows "Company has not yet created price classifications", please go to Price Classification Setting first to add them.
