Can I still edit a trading document after it is confirmed? What if the order details need to be changed?

Yes, you can edit. Documents are not locked after confirmation; both parties can still make changes: 1. Open the document, click [Edit], modify and save. Any save will revert your copy to "Editing". You must click [Send] again for the other party to receive the new version. If the other party does not have a Patisco account, click [Confirm] after editing to record it. 2. The other party will see what you changed in the diff view and decide whether to accept it. After both parties' content is consistent, click [Confirm Sync]. 3. Each version sent is kept in the History of the details page and you can preview the PDF at that time. A few exceptions: archived documents must [Unarchive] first before editing. Price tiers of order items cannot be changed on the document itself; they must be adjusted in Product Management. Currently there is no "cancel order" function. Unwanted documents can be [Delete], which moves them to archived first, and they can be recovered later. Click [Permanently Delete] in the archived list to truly remove it.
