The customer has feedback on the quotation and needs to make several revisions back and forth. How does Patisco manage versions?

Patisco does not require saving as a new file. Each time you [Send], a version is saved: 1. After modifying the quotation, click [Send] so the customer receives the new version. If you only save without sending, the other party cannot see it. 2. When the customer modifies and sends it back, the quotation will show "Buyer has new changes to sync". Click [Diff View] to see the customer's version and yours side by side, decide which to accept or keep item by item, then click [Send] to respond. You can also send directly without accepting any items. 3. The [History] section at the bottom of the details page lists v1, v2, etc. in chronological order. You can click [Preview PDF] to see the content at that time. 4. When both parties' content is consistent, click [Confirm Sync] to finalize this round. After that, any send by either party starts a new round. When your company has enabled AI, [AI Suggestion] in [Diff View] can help you organize your response method, but it will not automatically write or send. You must click [Send] yourself.
