Type a command in the conversation box, for example: "Import suppliers", and upload the prepared CSV file (for example, a supplier list with 12 rows). 3. The AI assistant will automatically parse the file and display field mapping results, for example: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Unified ID → Unified ID; Phone → Phone, and inform how many records (new/reuse existing/skip for each). 4. After confirming the data is correct, type "Add" to confirm and execute the import. 5. After the import is complete, the AI assistant will save the preview list as an output file (for example, "Import preview seller 12 records.csv"), which can be downloaded from the attachment area to verify.
You can ask like this: "Please import this supplier CSV with 12 rows." AI will respond like this: "Total 12 records: 12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped. Field mapping: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Unified ID → Unified ID; Phone → Phone. Please type 'Add' to confirm and execute this operation."
