How do I add a new discussion topic on the mobile Discussions page?

1. Open Patisco on mobile and go to the "Discussions" page, which defaults to showing the topic list on the "Discussion" tab. 2. Click the "+ New" button on the right side of the search bar. 3. Fill in the discussion topic information as prompted and submit. The new topic will appear in the list.
