The AI assistant configuration is located in AI settings under Company Settings. Here are the steps: 1. After entering the AI settings page, confirm that the "Enabled" status is turned on. 2. In "AI provider", select the service you want to use. Currently "ChatGPT" or "Claude" are supported. 3. After selecting the provider, choose the corresponding model in the "Model" field (for example, ChatGPT offers GPT-4o or GPT-4o Mini). 4. Fill in your API Key in the "API Key" field. 5. After confirming everything is filled in, click "Update settings" to save and enable it. Note: provider and model must be sent together when the button is pressed for them to take effect. 6. After saving, you can click "Test connection" to verify connectivity. The system will make a real call to the AI service using the saved settings to confirm everything works normally. 7. If you want to temporarily stop using AI features, you can click "Disable" to turn it off.
