1. In the search box at the top of the list, click the dropdown on the left to select a search condition (for example, Quotation number), then enter keywords in the input field. 2. If you need more refined filtering, click "Filters" on the right side of the search bar to open advanced filter conditions, where you can filter by status, date and other criteria. 3. If you want to adjust which columns the list displays, click "Columns 6/10" in the top right to customize which columns to show (currently showing 6, with 10 available). 4. To adjust the number of rows displayed per page, click "Preferences" next to the pagination information in the bottom right.
