1. After completing the provider, model, and API Key settings in "AI settings", first click "Update settings" to save. 2. After saving successfully, click the "Test connection" button. 3. The system will make one real call to the AI service using the "already saved" settings to confirm that the connection is working normally.
⚠️ Important: "Test connection" uses the settings that were previously saved upstream. If you just modified a field but have not clicked "Update settings", the test result will still be based on the old settings. Please make sure to save first, then test.
You can ask AI: "What could be the reason if Test connection fails?" AI will respond: "Common reasons include incorrect API Key, expired key, or the selected provider not matching the key. It is recommended to verify and then save again and test."
