1. Search: Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and enter keywords (such as quotation number or customer name) to search. 2. Filter: Click the filter icon in the top right corner to filter the list by status, date, customer, and other conditions. 3. View Details: Click a specific quotation card (for example, QT-2026-0411) to enter the detailed content page of that quotation. 4. Quick Operations (Edit/Copy/Delete, etc.): Click the "⋮" menu icon on the right side of the quotation card and select the operation you need from the menu. 5. More Options (including Add): Click the "⋯" more options icon on the far right of the top right corner to expand more operations including adding a new quotation.
