The system notifications and form notifications in the top right keep piling up the more I clear, or I can't find the latest notifications. What's going on?

Notification rules work differently from regular "read" status: • Notifications do not have a read status; if they appear in the list, it means they haven't been handled yet. Simply viewing them won't make them disappear automatically; you must click "Clear this notification" or "Clear all" yourself. Clearing is deletion and cannot be undone. • Currently the notification list only returns up to the 100 oldest messages. For companies that haven't cleared old notifications, new ones may fall outside the 100-message limit and become invisible. It's recommended to "Clear all" regularly so new ones will appear. • The badge number shows how many notifications haven't been cleared; numbers over 99 display as 99+. New messages in discussions don't go into the notification list; instead they appear in the "Discussions" icon in the top right. New events are pushed in real time and don't require refreshing. If you miss a real-time push, the count may not increase; check "Discussion Management" to confirm.
