This is "conditional highlighting" applied to quotation, PO, and inquiry lists. Rules are prioritized from top to bottom:
• Past due date: red. • Due within 7 days: orange. • Needs sync (the other party sent a new version that hasn't been handled): orange. • Large order: indigo, only for POs, marked when the amount reaches the currency threshold. • Not updated in a long time (no updates in 30 days): gray, disabled by default.
Go to "Preferences → Conditional highlighting" in the top right to toggle each rule on or off, and adjust the currency thresholds for large orders (default: TWD 1,000,000, USD 30,000, EUR 30,000, JPY 4,500,000; currencies without a set threshold will not be marked as large). The desktop "Pending items" widget also uses the same rules to select documents. Changes to preferences are saved immediately and will follow your account.
