AI Suggestion summarizes what the counterparty changed and proposes 3–4 response strategies. You select one (or write your own thoughts in "Custom Instruction", such as "I accept the quantity but need to reduce the unit price to 50"), click "Generate Field Suggestions", and the suggested values fill into your draft with blue background. The communication text for the counterparty goes into "Other Information". It will not write or send anything. You must review and modify it yourself before clicking "Send". Fields AI can suggest: Unit Price, Quantity, Minimum Order Quantity, Unit, Item Remarks, Expiration Date, Port, Other Information, Shipping Method, Destination, Payment Method, and Additional Charges. It cannot change Currency, Trading Terms, Buyer/Seller Information, SKU, Specifications, or Document Number, nor can it add or remove line items. The prerequisite is that your company has enabled your AI key in "Company Basic Data Settings → Integration & Payment → AI Settings"; the button won't appear if not enabled. Each suggestion is valid for 2 hours, and this feature is not available on mobile.
