Beyond the basic statuses "Editing", "In Discussion", "Archived", and "Cancelled", the list status column shows several additional labels: • Update Notification: The counterparty sent a new version that you haven't processed yet (usually requires opening diff view or clicking confirm sync when content matches). • Both Sides Confirmed: In discussion with no pending sync changes, and both parties have confirmed—this round of negotiation is complete. • Confirmed: A document from a counterparty without a Patisco account that you have marked confirmed yourself. • Counterparty Cancelled This PO: Shown in red, indicating the counterparty's copy has been cancelled. Additionally, "Conditional Highlighting" in Preferences highlights documents with past due dates, due within 7 days, needing sync, large amounts, or not recently updated in different background colors. The desktop "Documents to Handle" section uses the same highlighting rules.
