A visitor sends an inquiry from a public page. How should the seller reply? After the customer agrees to the quotation, how do we convert it to an order?

After a visitor submits an inquiry, a quotation will appear on the seller's side (under Trading Process → Quotation Management → Sent). At the top there is a notification banner stating "This is a new customer from a public page." To reply, open that quotation, fill in the prices, use "Print" to download the PDF, and send it to the customer via Email yourself (the customer's Email is in the Buyer Information section of the quotation). The system does not send quotations on your behalf. Once the customer agrees, press "Convert to PI" in the quotation details. The system will create a new PI using the buyer, currency, trading conditions, and items from this quotation. After completion, a link to the new PI is displayed. If some items are not included, you will be prompted to add them to the PI. Note: The system does not record whether a quotation has been converted. Pressing the button repeatedly will create multiple PIs, so it is recommended to convert each quotation only once.
