After a visitor places an order on the public page, what new items appear on the seller's side? If the same customer places two orders, will two buyer records be created?

When a visitor submits an order, several things happen simultaneously on the seller's side: • One original PI is created with a number in the format PI plus date and time (year-month-day-hour-minute-second), and its status is "In Discussion". Since the visitor does not have a Patisco account, this PI has no copy on the visitor's side. • The visitor's information becomes a buyer in the seller's Buyer Management: the system first compares by Email with existing buyers, then by Business Registration Number if no match, and only creates a new record if neither matches. It also carries the trading conditions and delivery address from this public page. So if the same visitor (same Email or same Business Registration Number) places another order, the system will link it to the same buyer record without duplication. • Inventory is deducted at the moment of order, and the shopping cart is emptied. • The seller receives a notification and push for "New Order from Public Page"; the top of the PI details page has a blue notice banner saying "This is a new customer from the public page". For inquiries, one original quotation is created instead.
