A visitor says they didn't receive the email verification code during checkout, or gets the message "verification code has been sent too many times". How do I handle this?

Before checkout is submitted, the system sends a 6-digit verification code to the email address the visitor entered. The sender is the Patisco platform mailbox (service@patisco.com), not the seller's own domain, so it often gets filtered into the spam folder. Please ask the visitor to check their spam inbox first. Rules: The verification code is valid for 10 minutes. The same email address can receive a maximum of 5 codes per hour; exceeding this limit displays "Verification code for this email has been sent too many times, please try again after one hour". The same code can be entered incorrectly up to 5 times; too many errors will invalidate it and require resending. After verification passes, the order must be submitted within 30 minutes. Closing the tab or changing the email address requires re-verification. The screen provides "Resend verification code" and "Return to edit information" buttons. If the email address was entered incorrectly, you can go back and correct it. Both inquiry and order placement require verification.
