1. Quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), PO, and Inquiry: On the detail page, click [Print], select [File Format] (PDF/Excel) and [Document Language] (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, English), check the fields you want to print, and download. 2. Packing list and commercial invoice: In [Shipping Management], open the shipping document, click [Report] on the Packing List or Commercial Invoice page, select the format and [Report Language], and optionally check [Print HS Code]. 3. UPS bill of lading: Create from [UPS Shipment (Quotation, Create B/L)] in the shipping document or [Express Shipping] in the list. The bill of lading is saved in [Shared Documents] under "UPS Bill of Lading". The company logo from [Document Header] will be printed at the top of the PDF. Currently, the layout of each document is fixed. [Custom Report], which allows you to customize the layout for each document type according to your needs, will be released soon. Export financing is not a Patisco function.
