What is the difference between "inquiry" and "quotation" in the Patisco system?

The difference lies in who creates the document: - Inquiry (IQ): Created by the buyer and sent to the seller to request prices and terms. Found under [Inquiry] on the left sidebar. - Quotation (QT): Created by the seller and sent to the buyer. Found under [Quotation Management] on the left sidebar. Both document types are divided into [Sent] (documents you create) and [Received] (documents the other party sends to you). When you receive a customer inquiry, you can directly modify the unit price and quantity on the [Received] inquiry and click [Send] to reply. To create a formal quotation, go to [Quotation Management], click [New Quotation], and use [Add Items] with the source "Inquiry" to import the items. Currently, there is no one-click function to convert an inquiry into a quotation; this will be handled by the [AI assistant] in the future. Inquiries, quotations, and POs are not linked together.
