1. Click "+ New conversation" on the left sidebar to start a new conversation (or select an existing conversation from the history list on the left to continue). 2. Click the "attachment icon (paperclip)" at the bottom right of the input box to select and upload a file from your computer. 3. Type your question in the input box and press Enter to send (press Shift + Enter for line breaks). 4. The AI assistant will automatically read the attachment content and display the analysis results in the conversation area; any related files generated by the AI can be viewed in the "AI-generated files" section at the bottom of the conversation area or downloaded by clicking the download icon.
Example question: "Please summarize this attachment into three points." Example AI response: "Based on the attachment content, here are the three key points: 1. Supplier: Yabang Enterprise; 2. Item: YB-1150914 copper connectors, 100 units at $12.5 per unit; 3. Trading terms: FOB Keelung. Please let me know if you need anything else!"
