How do I add or delete a discussion topic on mobile?

【Add】
1. On the Discussions page, click the "+ Add" button on the right side of the search bar at the top.
2. Fill in the topic information according to the on-screen prompts and submit to create a new discussion topic.

【Delete】
1. In the discussion topic list, find the item you want to delete.
2. Click the red trash can (delete icon) on the right side of the item.
3. After confirming, the discussion topic will be deleted.
