1. Find the target quotation in the Quotations list. 2. Click the "⋮" (vertical three dots) icon on the right side of the quotation row to expand the quick action menu. 3. Select the action you need from the menu, such as edit, copy, or delete. 4. To search for a specific quotation, click the 🔍 icon in the top right to enter keywords. To filter by status, date, or other conditions, click the filter icon (adjustment button) in the top right to set your filters.
