Yes, it can. After entering the "AI assistant" page and opening a conversation, simply enter your question in the input box.
You can ask like this: "What is our most recent PO?"
The AI will respond like this: "Our most recent PO is PO-2026-0902, created on September 17, 2026. This is a PO issued by us to a supplier."
If you want to view related files generated by the AI, you can click "AI-generated files (0)" below the conversation area to expand and view them. If you want to delete unwanted conversations, click the trash bin icon on the right side of that conversation row.
