1. Open the AI assistant page (the URL bar will show /ai-assist). 2. Type "import suppliers" in the chat box and upload your prepared CSV file. 3. The AI assistant will automatically analyze the file and display field mapping results, for example: Company Name → Name, Email → Email, Tax ID → Tax ID, Phone → Phone. 4. After confirming the record count and field mapping are correct, type "add" in the chat box to confirm and execute the import. 5. After the import is complete, the AI assistant will display a results summary (for example: Total 12 records: 12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped).
You can ask like this: "import suppliers" (with CSV file attached) The AI will respond: "Total 12 records: 12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped. Field mapping: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone. Please type 'add' to confirm and execute this operation."
