1. Open the AI conversation page (New AI conversation). 2. Tap the attachment icon (paperclip) at the bottom left and select the CSV file with supplier data you want to upload. 3. Wait for the AI to complete its analysis and confirm the field mappings (Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone) and the number of records to import are correct. 4. In the Ask AI a question... input field at the bottom, type "Import suppliers" and tap the pink circular send button on the right. 5. After the AI confirms the data, type "Add" in the input field and tap the send button to confirm and execute the import. 6. Wait for the AI to respond with the import completion results.
You can ask like this: "Import suppliers (12 rows csv)" The AI might respond: "Import suppliers AI: 12 records total: 12 new, 0 existing, 0 skipped. Field mappings: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone. Please type 'Add' to confirm and execute this operation."
Known limitation: The AI currently will not automatically explain where the output file is downloaded or saved. If you need to keep an import result record, please save it separately.
