Ask about a document: 1. First go to the document page you want to inquire about (for example, a specific PO or quotation). 2. Click the "Ask AI" button on that page. The system will automatically bring in the context of that document and jump to the AI assistant conversation window. 3. Type your question in the "Enter question" text box at the bottom and press Enter to send. The AI will answer based on the content of that document.
Start a new conversation: 1. On the AI assistant page, click the "+ New Conversation" button in the top left. 2. The system will open a new conversation window that does not interfere with previous conversations. 3. Historical conversations are retained in the left list. Click on any one to switch and continue that previous conversation.
