1. Click "AI assistant" in the left sidebar to enter the AI assistant page. 2. To start a new conversation, click the "+ New Conversation" button in the top left corner. To continue an old conversation, directly click the corresponding item in the left conversation history list. 3. Enter your question in the "Conversation input box" at the bottom. 4. Press Enter to send, or click the "Send (paper airplane icon)" button in the bottom right of the input box. To create a new line, press Shift + Enter. 5. The AI assistant will automatically query system data, and the response will be displayed in the center of the conversation area.
You can ask like this: "What was our most recent purchase order?" The AI might respond like this: "The most recent purchase order is PO-2026-0902, with status Confirmed, created on September 17, 2026."
