1. Enter the "AI conversation (New AI conversation)" page. 2. Click the input box at the bottom "Ask AI a question...". 3. Type your question. 4. Click the pink "Send" button (paper plane icon) in the bottom right to submit. 5. Wait for the AI to respond; the answer will appear in the conversation area above.
For example, you can ask: "What was our most recent purchase order?" The AI might respond: "Hello, let me check the most recent PO issued by your company. Please wait a moment."
