Each company can send a maximum of 50 invitations per day. New companies established less than 7 days ago that haven't completed any connection yet can send a maximum of 10 per day. The count resets the next day, and "link generation only" invitations count toward the limit. The limit exists to prevent people from registering accounts and using Patisco's invitation emails as a mass mailing tool for phishing scams. An email that looks like it's from a system is more convincing than regular spam. New companies with no transaction history pose the highest risk, so the limit is set lower. Once you have your first customer or supplier accept an invitation, or 7 days after account creation, the limit automatically increases to 50. Normal business operations rarely hit this limit. If you genuinely need to invite many partners at once (for example, after importing an existing customer list), spread the invitations over several days or contact us for assistance.
