Yes. When sending an invitation in "Account and Permission Management", both the "Invitation Email Subject" and "Invitation Email Content" can be edited. By default, it includes a description of what the recipient can do after joining (view your catalog and product information, request quotations according to your settings, and conduct quotation, PO, and order exchanges). If you make a mistake, you can click "Restore default text". There are three things the system handles automatically that cannot be changed: 1. Any URLs in the email text will be removed. Recipients can only enter through the "Accept Invitation" button in the email. This is an anti-fraud measure to prevent fake invitation emails from including phishing links. 2. Your content will be marked with "The following is written by ○○" at the beginning, so recipients can distinguish between Patisco's system explanation and your message. 3. The business card section at the top of the email (company logo, sender's profile photo and name) and Patisco's description at the bottom are fixed.
