Yes, you can. The quickest way: go to Buyer Management or Seller Management under Trading Partners, open a contact you haven't invited yet, and click Generate Invitation Link next to Send Invitation. In the dialog box, the delivery method will default to "Generate link only, I'll share it myself." After selecting the necessary settings (buyers must choose Trading Condition Setting and Catalog), the link will be automatically copied to your clipboard and displayed on screen. You can paste it directly into LINE, WhatsApp, or Email. You can also change the delivery method to "Generate link only" when sending invitations from Send Invitation or connection management.
A few reminders: • The link is valid for 14 days. Once the other party accepts, it expires. If it expires, there's no need to resend the email: click Refresh Link in connection management or the contact details page, and the validity period will reset to 14 days with the link automatically copied. The URL remains the same. • If you sent it to the wrong person, go to Invitation History to cancel that record and create a new one. • Invitation History will show this as "Link Generated" rather than "Invitation Sent." When the other party accepts, terminates, or resumes the connection later, it will all be recorded in the same record. • If the other party says they didn't receive it later, you can click Resend Invitation on the same record to have the system send an email instead.
