A notification "This is a new customer from a public page" appears at the top of a PI or quotation. What does the "Invite as Buyer" button next to it do?

This notification banner helps the seller identify that "this document is from a new customer from a public page" and shows which public page it came from. "Invite as Buyer" opens a buyer invitation dialog with the counterparty's Email and public page language pre-filled. You can select trading conditions, catalog, and language before sending the invitation. Once accepted, the counterparty becomes a formally connected buyer, and thereafter when logging in can see your catalog, quotations, and orders in their own dashboard. Both parties' documents can also be synchronized and negotiated. When an invitation has been sent but the counterparty has not yet accepted, the message shows "Invitation sent. Counterparty has not yet accepted. You may resend." When the counterparty is already an accepted buyer, the entire notification banner no longer displays. If the corresponding buyer record cannot be found, please first create it in Buyer Management → Buyer Management before inviting.
