A quotation or inquiry form I was filling out suddenly switched pages or the data disappeared. How can I prevent data loss?

First, understand when data is saved: - Items: Adding, editing, or deleting items in a quotation or inquiry saves immediately. - Header, counterparty information, other information: After editing, you must click [Save] to write the data. - Dialog boxes: If you close while editing, the system will ask if you want to discard; there's currently no auto-save for drafts, so discarding means data won't be kept. Ways to prevent data loss: 1. Save in segments; don't keep the edit screen open for long periods. 2. When you see "Website has a new version" or "Please reload the page", save first before clicking [Reload]. 3. Don't switch accounts or log out in another tab of the same browser, or this tab will need to refresh and unsaved edits will be lost. 4. For long text (like other information), type it elsewhere first then paste it in.
