How do I add a new discussion topic on mobile?

1. Enter the "Discussions" page. 2. Click the "+ Add" button to the right of the search bar. 3. Fill in the relevant information for the topic and submit to create a new discussion topic. 4. To delete a topic, click the 🗑 (delete icon) on the right side of that row and confirm to delete it.
