How it works · Exchanges with the other side

They keep using email and LINE.The exchange becomes company data as it arrives.

A customer’s quote, delivery date or spec change often lives only in one colleague’s mailbox or phone. Patisco brings those exchanges into the company, filed under the right customer and document.

What comes in

Whatever the other side uses

Email

Colleagues connect their own mailbox with a Google or Microsoft account. Mail with customer and supplier contacts comes in; unknown senders keep only the sender and subject and disappear after 14 days. Personal mail stays out.

LINE groups

Add your company’s LINE official account to groups with customers and suppliers. Every member’s messages, photos and files go into the thread; the account announces itself when it joins.

Your catalog and documents

If the other side takes one more step, they order from your catalog or accept a free invitation, and both sides hold the same document.

Post to the LINE group

Sent as your company’s official account, starting with your name.

Internal and external kept apart

Typing in the thread and pressing Enter reaches colleagues only; to reach the other side you always press Reply by email or Post to LINE group.

Colleagues on the road can keep up too: the mobile app shows email exchanges and lets them reply and claim mail.

What you get

People leave; the record stays

No new habits for the other side

Customers and suppliers keep emailing and chatting in LINE groups, with nothing to sign up for or install.

Every channel in one thread

Email and LINE exchanges sit in one thread, next to the order and the PI.

Who said what, on record

What was discussed in colleagues’ mailboxes and LINE groups stays with the company. Whoever takes over sees the whole story.

FAQ

Questions first

Do customers and suppliers need to sign up?

No. They keep using email and LINE and do not need to know Patisco exists.

Once I connect my mailbox, can the company read all my mail?

No. Only exchanges with customer and supplier contacts come in; unknown senders keep only the sender and subject, and you decide whether to take them.

Will customers in the LINE group know?

Yes. When the official account joins a group it posts a notice that the conversation is kept by the company.

What if someone unsends a LINE message?

Patisco removes the content too and keeps only a note that the person unsent a message.
