This is the most practical barrier when introducing external collaboration: asking partners to switch tools requires something in return.
From a cost perspective, customers or suppliers invited to join Patisco are free of charge and don't need to purchase additional licenses. You can make this clear when inviting partners to reduce their concerns.
From a willingness perspective, partners' willingness to cooperate usually depends on "whether there's a benefit for them." If they can see quotations you've given them, confirm orders, and check shipment information without waiting for emails to go back and forth, it improves their operational efficiency too. Conversely, if you ask them to join the system but the experience is no different from using email, adoption will be difficult.
Before rolling out, it's recommended to start with one or two established customers with high cooperation levels, verify the workflow works smoothly, then expand gradually.
