Upload photos to the "Product Photos" main category in the shared documents folder (subcategories won't trigger this). Name the files using the product's SKU, and the system will automatically attach them to that product's attachments: • ABC-001.jpg → Product ABC-001's 1st image, which is the cover. • ABC-001#3.jpg or ABC-001-3.jpg → 3rd image (both #n and -n formats are recognized, n is 1～255). • SKU must match exactly, including case sensitivity; if multiple products have the same SKU, the photos will attach to all of them. The order doesn't matter: if you create the product first and then upload photos, they'll attach immediately; if you upload photos first and create the product or change the SKU later, the system will auto-match once per minute. You can also click "Re-match Now" above the Product Photos category to process immediately; the screen will show how many photos were attached and which filenames couldn't find a matching SKU (usually typos or the product hasn't been created yet). There's a difference in rules: when uploading photos, existing photos in the same position will be replaced; auto-matching and re-matching only fill empty positions and won't replace or remove existing photos. Photos you manually removed won't be added back either.
