The label PDF is automatically saved to the "UPS Labels" category in Shared Documents (the system automatically creates this category when you create your first label). The filename is "reference number_tracking number". Later, you can find it by searching Shared Documents for the shipping record number or tracking number. The result screen also has a download button for each label. The tracking number is recorded in two ways depending on how the label was created: • Created from a Shipping Management record: The tracking number is automatically written to the "Vessel Number" field of the Shipping Management record and will be printed on both the packing list and commercial invoice. You can also see it in the "Shipping Method / Courier" section at the bottom of the Shipping Management page, with a link to "Check status on UPS". • Created using "Quick Ship": There is no Shipping Management record to write to. The tracking number is displayed on the result screen; please note it down. It's also included in the label filename. If the label fails to save to Shared Documents (for example, due to network issues), the result screen will prompt you to save it manually using the download button. This won't cause a second label to be created.
