Yes. After creating a shipping label, there is a "Void Label" button on the result screen. Click it and confirm. Patisco will submit a void request to UPS. When successful, the screen will show "This label has been voided and the tracking number is no longer valid." If the shipment was created from a Shipping Management record, the tracking number on that record will also be cleared. The void rules come from UPS: voiding within 24 hours of creation is free. Even if you void after 24 hours, as long as the package has not been scanned by a driver, UPS will not charge a fee. So you can safely void test labels, incorrect labels, or labels you've changed your mind about without any cost. Once voided, that label cannot be used again. If it has already been printed and placed on a package, please remove it and print a new one. To ship the same package again, simply query the rates again and create a new label.
